I completely understand that every parent comes in with their own preferences about how they’d like to settle their baby - I was the same. When my daughter Millie was younger, I spent hours rocking and providing hands-on support because it aligned with my preference. What I didn’t realise at the time was that she actually needed a more hands-off approach.
That experience shaped the Sleepy Little Bubs method of approach. We offer the full spectrum of settling techniques - from gradual, hands-on support through to modern out-of-room approaches. Every sleep consultation is personalised not only to your parenting style, but also to your little one’s temperament, development and how they respond to settling.
This means you’re never boxed into one method. We choose the approach that best supports your child to fall asleep independently, while still feeling achievable and comfortable for you.
At The Sleepy Little Bubs, I take a truly holistic approach to your little one’s sleep. Every child, family dynamic and home environment is different, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Before making any recommendations, I take the time to understand the full picture through a comprehensive intake process that looks at your child’s sleep environment, routine, feeding, settling methods, temperament, developmental stage and your family’s goals and preferences.
From there, I create a personalised sleep plan and work closely with you during your sleep consultation to ensure the recommendations feel realistic, achievable and aligned with your parenting style. My goal is to provide clarity, structure and ongoing support so you can confidently make changes that improve your child’s sleep

Our Two Week Support Package is best suited to families wanting more comprehensive support. Along with a personalised sleep plan, you’ll receive ongoing guidance, troubleshooting and accountability as you make changes. This option is particularly helpful for families navigating more complex sleep challenges, sleep regressions, settling difficulties, frequent night waking or long-standing sleep habits.
For families who would prefer face-to-face support, our In-Home Sleep Consultation offers personalised guidance in the comfort of your own home. This option allows us to assess your child’s sleep environment, routine and settling approach firsthand, while providing practical, tailored recommendations and support specific to your family's needs.
Yes. We support families with frequent night waking, overnight feeds, split nights, early morning waking, bedtime battles and settling challenges. Your sleep consultation will look at the whole 24-hour routine, including naps, awake windows, feeds, bedtime and overnight sleep.
Yes. Our virtual sleep consultations are available across Australia and worldwide. Eva is a certified baby sleep consultant based in Melbourne, and The Sleepy Little Bubs supports families online in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, regional Australia and internationally.
We support babies and toddlers from around 3 months through early childhood. This includes families navigating the 4 month sleep regression, 8–10 month sleep regression, toddler sleep challenges, nap transitions, short naps, catnapping, early rising and night waking.
Yes. Sleep training is one of the services we offer to help babies and toddlers develop healthy sleep habits and improve sleep. Every family is different, so during your sleep consultation we assess your child’s age, temperament, sleep patterns and your goals before recommending the most appropriate approach. Some families need routine adjustments and sleep guidance, while others benefit from a structured sleep training plan with ongoing support from a sleep consultant.
