If you need continued help after your session, we’ll guide you toward the best next option for your family.

What age is this consultation suitable for?

This consultation supports babies and toddlers from newborn through to four years. Advice is tailored specifically to your child’s age, development, and current sleep challenges.

Can we cover more than one sleep issue?

Yes. Most families come with two or three connected concerns such as night waking, naps, early rising, or bedtime struggles. We prioritise the biggest challenges and create a clear plan you can implement immediately.

Will I receive a sleep plan after the call?

You’ll receive a personalised summary email outlining recommendations, adjustments, and next steps discussed during your consultation.

Is this the same as full sleep coaching?

No. This consult is designed for targeted troubleshooting and guidance rather than ongoing support. If you need step by step implementation or longer term support, a full consultation or sleep course may be more suitable.

What if I need more support afterwards?

You’ll receive two weeks of access to the Sleepy Little Bubs Membership, where you can ask follow up questions during daily Q&A and live sessions.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form so we can understand your child’s routine, sleep patterns, and goals before we speak.
