I completely understand that every parent comes in with their own preferences and ideas about how they’d like to settle their baby — I was the same. When Millie was younger, I spent hours rocking and providing hands-on support because it aligned with my preference. What I didn’t realise at the time was that she actually needed a more hands-off approach.
That experience shaped the Sleepy Little Bubs settling hierarchy. We offer the full spectrum of settling techniques — from gradual, hands-on support through to modern out-of-room approaches. Every plan is personalised not only to your parenting style, but also to your little one’s temperament and how they respond to settling.
This means you’re never boxed into one method. We choose the approach that best supports your child to fall asleep independently, while still feeling achievable for you.
At The Sleepy Little Bubs, I take a truly holistic approach to your little one’s sleep. Every child, every family dynamic, and every environment is different — so the first step in our process is understanding your situation in detail.
All clients complete a comprehensive intake form covering everything that influences sleep, including the sleep environment, current nap structure, feeding, settling techniques, expectations, parental preferences and your family’s lifestyle. Once I’ve reviewed this thoroughly, I create a personalised sleep plan outlining clear, realistic recommendations tailored specifically to your child.
Your initial 1 hour consultation is where we refine the plan together — answering questions, making adjustments and ensuring we are completely aligned on what you’re comfortable implementing and what you want to achieve. Once everything is approved, you have support every step of the way while you make the changes.
Our goal is always to provide clarity, structure and consistent support so your family can move forward with confidence.
Choosing the right level of support really comes down to how much guidance, accountability and hands-on help you feel you need.
If you’re confident implementing changes independently and simply want clarity, direction and a personalised plan, then the 30 minute chat + email summary is often all you need. It’s ideal for families who want quick answers, reassurance and a clear path forward without ongoing check-ins.
If you’d like a bit more support as you make changes — someone to review how things are going, help you troubleshoot in real time and make small adjustments as needed — the Phone Consult + One Week Support is the most popular choice. This option gives you consistency and expert eyes on your progress throughout the week.
If you know you want deeper support, more hands-on guidance and continuous reassurance (especially when navigating bigger hurdles like regressions, transitioning settling techniques or breaking long-standing sleep habits), the Two Week Support Package gives you the time, structure and daily accountability to create lasting change.
If you’re unsure, reach out — I’ll happily point you in the right direction based on your child’s age, sleep needs and what feels realistic for your family.
