I completely understand that every parent comes in with their own preferences, comfort levels and ideas about how they’d like to support their baby’s sleep - I was the same. When my daughter was younger, I spent hours rocking and providing hands-on support because it aligned with my preference at the time. What I didn’t realise was that she actually needed a slightly different approach.
That experience shaped The Sleepy Little Bubs. We offer the full spectrum of settling approaches - from gradual, hands-on support through to more structured out-of-room approaches. Every plan is personalised to your parenting style, your child’s temperament, their age and how they respond to settling.
This means you’re never boxed into one method. We choose the approach that best supports your child to fall asleep with more confidence, while still feeling achievable and aligned for your family.
At The Sleepy Little Bubs, we take a holistic approach to baby and toddler sleep. Every child, family dynamic, sleep environment and parenting preference is different, so the first step is understanding your situation in detail.
Before support begins, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake form covering the key factors that influence sleep, including your child’s sleep environment, current routine, naps, feeding, settling approach, night wakes, temperament, family lifestyle and your goals.
Once this has been reviewed, we create a personalised sleep plan with clear, realistic recommendations tailored to your child and your family.
Your initial 60-minute consultation is where we go through the plan together, answer questions, make any adjustments, and ensure the approach feels aligned with what you are comfortable implementing.
From there, you’ll have support while you make changes, so you are not left trying to figure it out alone.
Our goal is always to provide clarity, structure and consistent support so your family can move forward with confidence.
Choosing the right level of support really comes down to how much guidance, structure and hands-on help you feel you need.
If you’re confident implementing changes independently and simply want clarity, direction and personalised next steps, the 30-minute sleep consultation is often a great place to start. It’s ideal for families who want quick answers, reassurance, routine guidance or help understanding what may be driving a specific sleep challenge.
If you would like more personalised support in your own environment, the In-Home Consultation offers the opportunity for us to work together face-to-face. This option allows me to observe your child’s sleep environment, answer questions in real time and provide tailored recommendations based on your family’s unique circumstances.
If sleep feels more complex or unsustainable, or you know you would benefit from support while making changes, the Two Week Sleep Support package is the best fit. This includes a personalised sleep plan, a 60-minute consultation and 14 days of weekday support, so you have guidance, troubleshooting and reassurance as you work through the process.
This option is especially helpful if you are navigating bigger sleep challenges, regressions, frequent night waking, nap transitions, settling changes, early morning waking or long-standing sleep patterns that feel hard to shift on your own.
If you’re unsure which option is right for your family, please reach out. I’ll happily point you in the right direction based on your child’s age, sleep needs and what feels realistic for you.
