Eva is the founder of The Sleepy Little Bubs and a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant supporting families in Melbourne and worldwide through personalised sleep consultations, structured online programs and ongoing membership support.

I’m a mum to 5-year-old Amelia and 21-month-old Lucas, and long-term partner to my better half, Simon.
As a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, I specialise in helping babies and young children sleep well, with structured, evidence based support tailored to each family.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, I hold internationally recognised qualifications in infant and child sleep, along with full professional insurance.
Currently, I’m completing my second qualification in baby sleep, an OCN Level 6.
OCN Level 6 refers to a qualification accredited by the Open College Network in London, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with honours. It represents a high level of professional training and academic achievement.
Although I was born in Europe, I’ve called Melbourne home for the better part of 25 years. I work with parents just like you from all over the world, offering guidance and support no matter where you are.

Trust me, I get it. I have been exactly where you are now. When Millie was a baby, she was catnapping, waking every 2 hours overnight, needing her dummy replaced constantly, and crying for hours without being able to settle.
What was I doing wrong?
To say I was exhausted would be an understatement. From one sleep deprived parent to another, I see you. I understand you.
Millie was my inspiration for starting The Sleepy Little Bubs. Today, I work as a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, supporting families worldwide with baby sleep and toddler sleep, including naps, overnight waking, early rising, sleep regressions and bedtime struggles.
I spent countless hours researching, Googling, and speaking to lactation consultants and sleep consultants, but I got nowhere. Some of those experiences were so disheartening that they became the driving force behind the practical, structured approach I use today.
I offer a holistic, personalised plan for each family because there is no one size fits all solution. Every child is different. Every family is different. Your routine, sleep environment, sleep pressure and settling approach all matter.
Parents around the world have trusted me to support their babies and toddlers to sleep better, and I feel incredibly grateful every day to do this work.
