Hands on, personalised support to help you create real change in your baby’s sleep, right from the comfort of your own home.

This package is designed for families who want calm, practical guidance in the moment. If you feel unsure implementing changes alone or want clear direction as you move through sleep adjustments, this removes the guesswork and builds confidence quickly.

Before your visit, we begin with a detailed intake and a 1 hour pre call to understand your child’s sleep, feeding patterns, temperament and your family goals. Your personalised sleep plan is then prepared and delivered before I arrive so you feel clear and ready.

During Your In Home Session

Over 3 to 4 hours in the evening, we work together in real time. I guide you step by step through your wind down, sleep environment and settling approach, supporting you as you implement your tailored plan.

You are not just told what to do. You are supported as you do it.

After Your Visit

You’ll receive:

• Your personalised sleep plan with any refinements

• 2 weeks weekday WhatsApp support, Monday to Friday during business hours

• 1 month complimentary Sleepy Little Bubs Membership access
