What happens next

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking link and intake form.

Your personalised sleep plan will be delivered 12 to 24 hours before your consultation, giving you time to review it before your Zoom call. During your consult, we will walk through your plan together, answer questions, and outline clear steps for the week ahead.

Over the following 7 days, you’ll have weekday WhatsApp access for guidance, adjustments, and reassurance as you implement your plan.

Optional check in calls can be added if you’d like additional verbal troubleshooting during the week.
