What to Expect After Booking:

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your consult at a time that suits you. You’ll also be prompted to complete a sleep intake form to help us understand your current challenges and goals.

Your initial consult will take place via Zoomat the time you’ve selected. During this session, we’ll walk you through your tailored sleep plan, address key concerns, and set clear steps for the week ahead.

Your personalised plan will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled call, giving you time to review it before we meet.

Over the following 7 days, you’ll have weekday access to your consultant via WhatsApp for questions, guidance, plan adjustments, or reassurance as needed. We’ll walk beside you as you put your plan into action.

You’ll also receive complimentary access to our private support community — a space filled with practical resources and live expert Q&As to help you continue building confidence in your baby’s sleep.

Optional check-in calls are available during the week if you'd prefer verbal feedback or want to troubleshoot in real time.
