Navigating Daylight Savings

Navigating Daylight Savings

Day light savings can be such a pesky little thing! So moving forward how do we navigate this? There are three methods I recommend and they will really depend on your individual circumstance, with Millie I opt for the cold turkey method and do an instant on the day change.

Method 1:

Over the space of the week you are going to be bringing their entire routine forward / back by 15min every two days.

This means that you would either wake them up 15min earlier to start the day or push your entire routine out by 15min.

Method 2:

Over the space of the week starting from Thursday you would bring your day forward / back by 15min.

Method 3:

Make absolutely no changes and deal with it when the time comes! This method is really good for babies that adapt extremely well to change and fall into it without any hassle.
